Passed away suddenly at his residence at the age of 52 years. Dearest son of Ken and Ruth. Missed by Shirley. Much loved father of Andrea (Joe), Jennifer (Eric) and Jonathan. Poppy to Kate-Lynn, Elizabeth and Joseph. Brother to Wayne (Nancy), Cheryl (Steve), Patricia (Gary), Deborah and Kimberley (Doug). Dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Best friend to Tom Woodhead, Anna Fricker and Dave House, and friend to many. Jack was a former employee of Firestone until its closing. He then took employment as a long distance truck driver. In keeping with Jack's wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. East on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 11 a.m. For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or Juvenile Diabetes would be appreciated by the family.
