There is no charge for unloading containers between the hours of 07:30 and 16:00 .

Containers will be stored near RHYC and can be made accessible during the event. The final location and distance from the club will depend on the final number of containers to be stored. Maximum distance from the club is 500 meters. We plan to store them 200 meters from the club building in the open. Alternatively we could store them under a roofed building, 500 meters from the club. There will be no storage fees.

The storage area is secured by fence, and a security guard will be provided for off-hours.
